This research set the context for the further project outputs, and ensure that all outputs developed through the project are focused on a wider European audience, to maximize the dissemination and exploitation possibilities, increase transferability and long-term sustainability of the project outputs. The impact of this output will be that adult education centres across Europe will not only increase their awareness of such techniques, but will be able to diversify and increase their own support techniques. Metakognitiivse p\u00e4devuse raamistiku loomine kui k\u00e4esoleva projekti oluline osa v\u00f5imaldab metakognitiivsete teadmiste, oskuste ja hoiakute selget m\u00e4\u00e4ratlemist, mis on vajalikud metakognitiivsete teadmiste, oskuste ja hoiakute omaksv\u00f5tmiseks isejuhtivas \u00f5ppes, konkreetsete metakognitiivsete p\u00e4devuste m\u00e4\u00e4ratlemist eneserefleksiooni teemade kogumite kujul ning raamistikul p\u00f5hinevate kursuste ja koolitusv\u00f5imaluste v\u00e4ljat\u00f6\u00f6tamist ja pakkumist nii t\u00e4iskasvanud \u00f5ppijatele kui ka t\u00e4iskasvanute koolitajatele. Metakognitiivsete p\u00e4devuste raamistikus m\u00e4\u00e4ratletakse p\u00e4devuste p\u00f5hikomponendid, mida t\u00e4iskasvanud \u00f5ppijad vajavad metakognitsiooni t\u00f5husaks integreerimiseks oma individuaalsesse \u00f5pikonteksti, ning pakutakse ja valideeritakse ELi v\u00f5rdlusraamistik metakognitiivsete p\u00e4devuste arendamiseks ja hindamiseks. This content is developed in accordance with the Framework of Metacognitive Competences, with a focus on the skills and competences associated with each level of proficiency within the framework. Real-life, practical scenarios are developed around simple tests, and problem-solving exercises etc. which are applicable to the desired learning outcomes. A focus of the content is on activities and outcomes linked to the metacognitive skills, knowledge and attitude covered in the competency framework and subsequent modules. Content is developed so that progression through the e-course mirrors the progression through the different stages of proficiency of the competency framework. This illustrates the value of further metacognitive skills and knowledge in terms of lifelong knowledge and skills acquisition. The long term impact is that more and more vulnerable and NEET adult learners in Europe will build the skills and knowledge to successfully increase their capacity to learn flexibly, opening up more opportunities to learn, progress professionally and diversify their career.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a class=\"btn btn-primary btn-lg active\" role=\"button\" href=\"https:\/\/metaskills.erasmus.site\/courses\/metacognitive-learner-interactive-e-course\/lessons\/m1\/\" aria-pressed=\"true\">Avatud<\/a><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>&#8220;Tulemus 4: Metakognitiivne toetaja e-kursus&#8221;.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>See 15-tunnine e-kursus ja toetavad t\u00e4iendkoolitusressursid t\u00e4iendavad, t\u00e4iendavad ja keskenduvad t\u00e4iskasvanute koolitajatele ja koolitajatele, et neil oleksid oskused ja teadmised, mis v\u00f5imaldavad aktiivselt toetada ja suunata t\u00e4iskasvanud \u00f5ppijate metakognitiivsete oskustega seotud isejuhtivat ja reflekteerivat \u00f5ppetegevust.
