Aceast\u0103 cercetare stabile\u0219te contextul pentru rezultatele ulterioare ale proiectului \u0219i asigur\u0103 c\u0103 toate rezultatele dezvoltate prin intermediul proiectului sunt destinate unui public paneuropean mai larg, pentru a maximiza posibilit\u0103\u021bile de diseminare \u0219i exploatare, pentru a cre\u0219te transferabilitatea \u0219i sustenabilitatea pe termen lung a rezultatelor proiectului. Impactul Manualului de Bune Practici Metacognitive va fi acela c\u0103 centrele de educa\u021bie a adul\u021bilor din \u00eentreaga Europ\u0103 nu numai c\u0103 vor cre\u0219te gradul de con\u0219tientizare asupra acestor tehnici, dar vor fi capabile s\u0103 \u00ee\u0219i diversifice \u0219i s\u0103 \u00ee\u0219i sporeasc\u0103 propriile tehnici de sprijin. Ca parte esen\u021bial\u0103 a acestui proiect, stabilirea cadrului de competen\u021be metacognitive permite definirea clar\u0103 a cuno\u0219tin\u021belor, abilit\u0103\u021bilor \u0219i atitudinilor metacognitive necesare pentru adoptarea unei abord\u0103ri metacognitive \u00een \u00eenv\u0103\u021barea autodirijat\u0103, pentru identificarea competen\u021belor metacognitive specifice, sub forma unor seturi de subiecte de autoreflexie, precum \u0219i pentru dezvoltarea \u0219i propunerea de cursuri \u0219i oportunit\u0103\u021bi de formare at\u00e2t pentru cursan\u021bii adul\u021bi, c\u00e2t \u0219i pentru educatorii de adul\u021bi, pe baza acestui cadru. Cadrul Competen\u021belor Metacognitive define\u0219te componentele-cheie ale competen\u021belor de care au nevoie cursan\u021bii adul\u021bi pentru a integra \u00een mod eficient metacogni\u021bia \u00een contextul lor individual de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare, precum \u0219i pentru a oferi \u0219i valida un cadru de referin\u021b\u0103 la nivelul UE pentru dezvoltarea \u0219i evaluarea competen\u021belor metacognitive. Acest con\u021binut este dezvoltat \u00een conformitate cu Cadrul Competen\u021belor Metacognitive, cu accent pe abilit\u0103\u021bile \u0219i competen\u021bele asociate fiec\u0103rui nivel de competen\u021b\u0103 din cadrul acestuia. Scenariile practice, din via\u021ba real\u0103, sunt dezvoltate \u00een jurul unor teste simple \u0219i exerci\u021bii de rezolvare a problemelor etc., care sunt aplicabile rezultatelor dorite ale \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103rii.
