Why should you read this guide?
We created this handbook as an extension of our META SKILLS for AE
tools, designed to assist adults in acquiring new skills more
efficiently. The developed tools aim to directly enhance your ability
to learn with technology, such as utilizing online courses.
Additionally, we've produced resources tailored for educators
working with adult groups like yours, supporting them in
understanding and fostering these essential meta skills.
The feedback received for our tools has been positive from both
educators and learners. Yet, an essential query arises: why should
these skills hold significance for you, and how might they prove
beneficial? Prior to delivering our meta skills course, we consulted
experts across six different countries to gather their insights on our
work and recommendations for enhancement. Insights from Romania
and Portugal have highlighted that for adults lacking in skills, it's
insufficient to solely discuss the benefits of acquiring new skills.
