             How does it differ between the digital learning

             and workplace context?




             Exploring new learning pathways in digital and workplace learning are
             two distinct contexts, each with specific characteristics and benefits.

             Here are some significant differences between the two:



                      Exploring        new       online      learning        opportunities          allows

                      customization  of  the  pace  and  content  of  learning,  giving
                      learners the choice of when and how to learn, access to a wide

                      range of online resources while on-the-job training can be more
                      rigid  in  terms  of  schedule  and  content  but  can  offer  greater
                      adaptability to the specific needs of the organization and ü use

                      of  organization-specific  resources  such  as  manuals,  internal
                      guides, customized training, and access to in-house experts.




                      Within  digital  environment  interaction  with  other  learners  is

                      limited, while workplace learning provides.


                      Monitoring  and  self-assessment  of  progress  is  easier  in  an

                      online  learning  environment  which  often  offers  progress
                      tracking  tools,  however  in  a  workplace  monitoring  and

                      evaluation can be facilitated by supervisors or mentors within
                      the organization.
