An effective way to demonstrate your continuous
learning ability is to apply new knowledge
immediately to your work tasks. Show how new
information contributes to improving processes or
solving specific problems.
Get involved in innovative and change-making
projects within the organization. This not only
demonstrates your ability to learn, but also brings
direct value to the business.
Get involved in the mentoring programmes
available in your organization or find a mentor to
guide your learning and development.
Share the knowledge/information you have gained
with your colleagues and help create a culture of
continuous learning in your team or department.
Ask for and accept feedback comfortably. This can
be a valuable tool for identifying your strengths and
weaknesses and setting the direction in which to
direct your development efforts.
