9.  MENTAL WELL-BEING IN THE WORKPLACE



























             How does it differ between the digital learning

             and workplace context?



             Both digital learning and the workplace can impact mental well-being

             differently:





                      In  the  digital  learning  environment  maintaining  mental  health
                      focuses  on  dealing  with  self-discipline,  isolation,  and  own

                      limitations,  while  workplace  mental  health  is  dependent  from
                      establishing  a  proper  work-life  balance,  building  connections

                      and  internal  support  system,  as  well  as  autonomy  and
                      developing healthy approaches to dealing with stress.







                      Maintaining  mental  well-being  in  the  workplace  can  be  more

                      challenging due to higher pressures. But it also provides more
                      opportunities for avoiding monotony and can offer structured

                      or social support in dealing with challenges.
