                           the skill in a workplace







                           There  are  numerous  techniques  that  can  help  you  with
                           maintaining mental well-being in the workplace[1],[2],[3],[4]






                                        Establish  boundaries.  Set  clear  boundaries  between

                                        professional  and  personal  life.  Avoid  excessive
                                        overtime and bringing work home.



                                        Be     honest       and      open      regarding        your      work.

                                        Communicate openly with supervisors and your team
                                        about workload and realistic expectations.



                                        Take  breaks.  Arrange  short  periods  to  take  breaks

                                        along your day. Go for a short walk, stretch, or engage

                                        in  a  conversation  to  clear  your  mind  and  alleviate
                                        stress.



                                        Don’t  try  to  do  it  all  by  yourself.  Reach  out  to

                                        colleagues or supervisors for help or guidance when
                                        feeling overwhelmed by workload or stress.
