9. MENTAL WELL-BEING IN THE WORKFACE
Build healthy and supportive relations in your
workplace. Engage in social interactions in your team
and build trustful relationships that will make it easier
to obtain support, work as a team and feel included in
your working community.
Be wary of negative signs of decline in your mental
state. Be aware of signs of stress or declining mental
health, such as changes in mood, sleep patterns, or
decreased productivity, and seek assistance or
support early if needed.
