                 What is it about in the work environment?




               Self-directed learning a in working environment is about the ability to
               develop skills and abilities in line with work tasks needs independently

               and within deadlines required to complete tasks. Developing relevant
               competencies  and  skills  aligned  with  work  requirements  within  set
               deadlines  often  necessitates  a  systematic  and  proactive  approach.

               Successful implementation involves strategic steps like task analysis,
               goal setting, personalized development plans, resource identification,

               realistic deadlines, scheduled learning, practical application, feedback
               seeking, adaptive planning, and progress monitoring.
