it and your interest in improving your role. Please

whether you are motivated to continue learning. For
example, if you're hoping for a promotion, you might
want to discuss your desire to learn new skills that
might be useful in the position. This will help
demonstrate your willingness to take initiative and
show your manager or boss that you are serious about
advancing your career.
Provide Helpful Feedback - Be sure to include helpful
feedback in your self-assessment so that managers
can improve processes or address issues that are
preventing you from performing at your best. You can
also provide feedback about the company as a whole.
For example, if you work in sales, you might discuss
your interest in a training program to improve your
communication skills and help you practice talking to
different types of customers.
Mentioning your ambitions - Self-assessment is an
effective way to discuss your career goals with an
employer. By expressing your desire to grow
professionally, you can impress your employer.
Explain your aspirations for professional development
and ask about further qualification opportunities. You
can also discuss your desire to take on more
responsibility.
