Autoavaliações podem ajudar a facilitar conversas mais
produtivas e positivas entre um funcionário e o seu
empregador, permitindo aos funcionários rever o seu próprio
desempenho. Aqui estão algumas abordagens-chave para
utilizar proficientemente a autoavaliação num local de
trabalho:
Determine Requirements - First, review the
requirements for the evaluation. These may vary
depending on whether it is an annual review or a
promotion. Determine the time needed to evaluate
performance. If your assessment covers the past
year, review important projects and tasks from the
previous year to more easily identify successes and
opportunities for improvement.
Evaluate your strengths - Think about your positive
qualities and personal qualities that help you
perform well in your role. In your assessment,
highlight how you use your unique skills to effectively
accomplish the task and mention your key strengths.
For example, discuss your integrity and interpersonal
skills, and give some examples of how you have used
these qualities to improve relationships with
customers.
