Seek feedback. Welcome feedback, and especially
constructive negative feedback as opportunity for
growth and understanding areas of improvement and
growth opportunities.
Remember that practice is the best of all instructors.
Skills and abilities are developed through practice,
effort, and strategies.
Surround yourself with individuals who have a growth-
oriented mindset and support your aspirations and
motivation for growth.
Learn from failure. Accept failure as a natural part of
your learning process. When you fail, calm your
emotions and dissect the failure in a way that you can
fully understand the process that led to it and how you
could have achieved alternative result by doing things
differently or if you had different level of knowledge or
skills.
