How to convince others of its relevance?
Be proactive and showcase the relevance of your growth orientation
and motivation by making research about the company and the role
you are applying in a way that you may present how your growth
mindset and orientation can be applied in a way helping achieve
company objectives and outperform other applicants in the role you
wish to have in the company/organisation
Prepare to present your vision for your personal and professional
development in a direct relation to the organisation’s growth
direction and objectives.
Use specific examples from the past that illustrate your ability to
adapt, learn, and succeed.
Emphasize your willingness to learn new skills and your proactive
approach to self-improvement. Discuss courses taken, certifications
earned, or new technologies you are capable of applying for
increasing efficiency of your work and/or the ability to offer new
value to the customers.
