boosting and reaching a higher level of self-assessment and

there are several occasions when a higher level of the skill will
                           help you greatly.

Create a plan and prioritize - Write down what you want
to accomplish so you can track your progress. You can

keep a diary or balance sheet to record your personal
characteristics and how they change. This will help you

understand your strengths and weaknesses. You can

add new traits if you think they have an advantage.

Stay Open - When you control your emotions, you

become more receptive to other people's ideas. By

keeping an open mind, you will be able to understand
and appreciate different perspectives on how to solve

problems. This will help you become more proactive
and think more critically and rationally. It also helps

you consider new perspectives, which is essential for
                                   career development.

Understand your emotional triggers - Being self-aware

allows you to recognize emotions when they arise. On
any given day, you may experience a variety of

emotions, often related to a specific event. Your
reaction may vary depending on the situation and your

current mental state. Recognizing your emotional
triggers may take time, but it can positively impact your

work relationships and help you deal with potential

                                   challenges.
