1. GROWTH ORIENTATION AND MOTIVATION

Cases of application for the job market

Imagine that you need to illustrate your strengths in the workplace. If
growth orientation is one of them your response could look like one of

             these cases:

              A.

Back when I was working in construction, we work on a project that
proved to be trickier than we initially believed it to be. The ground was
tough, and our regular building methods weren’t cutting it. It was a

logistic and construction challenge, but I saw it as a chance to learn
         something new.

I made some research, reaching out to experts and checking out

workshops on unconventional construction tricks for tough terrains. I
picked up some promising ideas on flexible building materials and

techniques made for places just like ours. With this fresh know-how, I
pitched a new plan to the team. We put these new methods into action,
tweaking and testing as we went along. It wasn’t easy, but working

together, we got the building up on time and even better than expected.

         That whole experience taught me
a lot. It showed me how being

         adaptable and learning along the
         project can make a real
difference. I learned to look for

         creative solutions and how
         teamwork can turn a tough

         situation around.
