Effective Goal Setting - Define specific, measurable,
achievable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART) goals to
provide direction and focus for individuals and teams.
Ensure individual and team goals are aligned with the
overall objectives of the organization to foster a sense
of purpose and contribution. Engage relevant
stakeholders in the goal-setting process to gain input
and foster ownership and commitment to achieving
shared targets. Recognize and celebrate goal
completion, reinforcing positive behaviours and
motivation towards continuous improvement.
Continuously evaluate goal progress and adjust as
needed to ensure alignment with changing priorities
and circumstances. By implementing these key
