10. SEEKING ASSISTANCE AND SUPPORT




             Cases of application for the job market




         Imagine  that  you  need  to  illustrate  your  strengths  in  the  workplace.  If
         seeking assistance and support is one of them your response could look

         like one of these cases:



              A.



          Working at a busy store, I noticed a big problem with keeping track of our
          products. Sometimes we didn't have what customers wanted, and orders

          got mixed up. I talked to the team in charge of inventory, even though I'm
          not an expert in that stuff.



          I  explained  how  our  mistakes  were  upsetting  customers.  Together,  we

          looked  at  how  we  managed  stock  and  found  better  ways  to  do  it.  With
          their  help,  we  improved  how  we  tracked  products,  and  things  got  way

          better!


          Customers  were  happier  because  they  got  what  they  wanted,  and  the

          store seemed more reliable.



          If I did not reach out to my colleagues we would loose many customers as
          I could see that even the loyal once where very frustrated and you could

          see they will give up on us soon if we do not fix it.
