10. SEEKING ASSISTANCE AND SUPPORT

Cases of application for the job market

                                                 B.

While managing office tasks, I encountered

challenges with outdated software that slowed
down our work processes. Understanding the

impact on our productivity, I reached out to
our IT support team, even though I'm not an

                                                 expert in technology.

I explained the software issues in simpler terms to the IT team. They
appreciated the detailed description and promptly investigated the problem.

They provided updated software and conducted training sessions, ensuring
everyone adapted to the new tools.

Their help significantly boosted our efficiency. Tasks were completed faster

with fewer errors, allowing us to meet deadlines more effectively and support
other departments better. Asking the IT team for help made a huge difference

in how smoothly we got things done. It showed how a simple change can make
work better for everyone and everyone was quite astonished that we had not
made it earlier, which was just related to the fact that our department did not

communicate the need for adjustment to our IT staff.
