How to convince others of its relevance?
Make sure that you underline that your effectiveness in seeking
support is your strength if you discuss your job prospects.
Explain how your ability to seek assistance demonstrates strong
problem-solving skills. Share examples of how your proactive
approach to seeking support has helped resolve issues efficiently
in your previous roles.
Underline that you are capable to properly assess when should
you look for answers on your own, and when it is more effective to
reach out to others for support. Present situations where seeking
