11. EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION AND COLLABORATION






             How to convince others of its relevance?






                  When  participating  to  a  job  interview,  present  effective
                  collaboration,  and  communication  as  one  of  your  key

                  competences.



                  Give  1-2  short  examples  of  situations  that  occurred  at  your  job,
                  and  which  were  solved  thanks  to  your  communicating  and

                  collaborative skills.


                  Present  to  the  interviewer  what  you  presently  do,  or  which  are

                  your future plans to improve these skills, so they better serve you
                  in your work.



                   Explain the way you can make a difference at the workplace by
                  contributing  to  the  team  cohesion,  results  improvement,  and

                  conflicts  resolution  by  using  the  effective  communication  and
                  collaboration competences.
