3. FOCUS MASTERY AND MAINTEINANCE

Take regular breaks: You should concentrate on a task

for no longer than 90 minutes. Exercising, spending

time in nature or meditation are among efficient ways
to recover fast and improve your attention. Find

whatever helps you to feel calmer and more in control.

Don’t be afraid of letting your mind wander for a while
whenever you feel stuck. Mind wandering is a normal

brain process, take control over when it occurs. Let
your mind wander while doing easy automatic tasks to

limit the probability of it occurring during complex
              problem solving and planning.

Use caffeine in moderate doses – moderate dose of

coffee can help you boost focus, but high intake of
caffeine will lead to caffeine jitters which reduces the

              ability to concentrate
