How does it differ between the digital learning
and workplace context?
When you transfer from the digital learning to workplace application
there are 3 key differences you should be aware of:
digital learning often requires self-motivation and self-direction
to stay focused, whereas workplace focus might involve
adapting to externally imposed tasks and deadlines
digital learning environments might present unique digital
distractions, whereas the workplace distractions can be more
varied and dynamic, involving human interactions and task
shifts.
digital learning focuses on absorbing information and
developing knowledge, while workplace focus may involve
applying knowledge, problem-solving, and interacting with
others to achieve organizational goals.
