4. INDEPENDENT PROBLEM SOLVING

How does it differ between the digital learning

             and workplace context?

Both digital learning and work environments involve independent

problem-solving. But, the contexts, pressures, resources, and
applications significantly differ, leading to difference in some aspects

             of problem-solving approaches and execution.

In digital learning environment you will analyse and face
problems that are presented in a controlled and defined toward
educational outcome way. Meanwhile, in a workplace

encountered problems will be usually more complex and
related to uncertainty which will require attention to multiple

factors as well as will require you to account for resource
constraints related to time, infrastructure and other resources.

In digital learning environment you will face problems
individually, while in work environment effective problem
solving include individual, as well as collaborative problem

solving, requiring the ability to identify and involve relevant
                      team members.

Despite multiple differences, both environments will require

                      critical thinking, creativity and resourcefulness.
