4. INDEPENDENT PROBLEM SOLVING

Develop an action plan – after you identify an effective

solution, define the steps required to implement it.

The plan should define steps required to implement
the solution, as well as the responsibilities, time frame

and resources required.

Execute the plan methodically but remain alert and
adaptable to changing circumstances if those occur.

After you leave the problem behind, take a moment to

reflect on the solution and its implementation, to
evaluate what worked well and what could be

improved if a similar situation happen in the future.
