4. INDEPENDENT PROBLEM SOLVING

How to convince others of its relevance?

Make sure you underline your proactive focus on solutions rather

than a common focus on overemphasizing challenges as barriers to
               achieving objectives.

Try to relate your skills to typical challenges that your potential

future employer may expect you to face in the future in the role you
wish to be into. Connect your problem-solving skills and approaches

directly to the challenges or goals the employer faces.

Explain your approach to problem-solving. Discuss how you analyze

problems, explore alternatives, and make informed decisions.

If it is your case, make sure you underline your ability to take the
lead and involve others in solving company issues, if a crises

               situation requires it.
