                 Identify and develop relevant for your job post skills,
                 which  will  allow  you  to  be  less  dependent  on  the

                 expertise and support of more senior team members.



                 Ask for feedback from your peers and supervisors on

                 the  tasks  you  perform  to  improve  your  approaches
                 and performance.



                 Proactively look for opportunities to take ownership of

                 relevant  tasks  and  demonstrate  reliability  and
                 accountability  to  build  trust  in  your  individual  ability

                 to perform work independently to your colleagues and
                 managers.
