In my previous work as a petrol station attendant, we periodically had
strong picks during the rush hours when also customers were highly

impatient. The worst situation happen when during a busy rush hour a
pump malfunctioned. It seriously impacted our ability to serve the crowd

of customers causing serious delays, as well as additional traffic on the
entrance to the station.

I knew that getting a technician there at this time is not very realistic. So I
did what I could to deal with the situation. Utilizing my basic knowledge of

the station's equipment and safety protocols, I did a quick check of the
malfunctioning pump to identify the problem. Upon identifying a minor

technical glitch, I called the assistance to ensure that my action will not
cause any technical issue, and upon their confirmation I restored the

pump's functionality.

them to other available pumps and

providing necessary support with
refueling and payment to speed up

the process.
