Reflecting On Teaching and e-Covid 19
The study11 examined the dynamics and synergies created during the abrupt and challenging
transition of Higher Education Institutions in the field of Culinary and Hospitality Education (CHEIs)
from traditional to online teaching and learning. The investigation aims to understand the key
factors influencing personal and interpersonal dynamics during this enforced digital shift,
particularly considering the lack of preparedness and digital literacies in the post-COVID-19 era.
Utilizing a qualitative case-study methodology, the findings reveal several critical aspects. First,
educators played a pivotal role in facilitating the digital transition, with their ability to externalize
and communicate tacit aspects of digital knowledge emerging as crucial. The study emphasizes the
